We want kids to grow up knowing God’s faithfulness, how to get through school and life without crashing out and to know they can call on Jesus Christ any time.
What happens in the Children's Program?
Our term theme and weekly message may be presented in 4 or 5 ways through drama, music, practical crafts, activities and games. The programmes are as follows:
Bright Lights Nursery is a facility for children under 3 years of age to be cared for and to learn about God. We have lots of equipment to extend children and provide a caring environment with teaching, activity and music. Parents/Caregivers join a roster to share care with other parents. Feel free to stay with your child as long as it takes for them to settle in.
Little Trekkers is for 3– 5 year olds. This program is under the care of Sheena Aitken and a team of trained helpers. Children follow a program to bring bible truths into their lives at an age appropriate level. The program moves through teaching, craft, music, food and play to stimulate and bring Jesus into the children’s lives. Bring your child to the East Lounge and be met by one of the team.
The Base & The Zone in the Hall to the right of the Main Foyer is for 5 -11 year olds (primary school) and provides that extra challenge for these energy charged kids.
